Ficus Hotel
Rooms were clean and worked great for a small family stay. Our room was next to the break room for hotel staff, so noise from them woke my wife a couple of times during the night. That would be my only complaint.

Dream's Hotel Puerto Rico
Staff is very nice, the area is very tucked away. More if you want to stay away from touristy areas and get an actual feel of what boricuas live on a day to day basis. I would just say to remember to request housekeeping.
