We were upgraded to a studio and it was very clean, a large space and beautiful soaking tub with separate shower. It was very quiet and so nice to be able to walk out of our room and walk around the mall of America.

I was charged $16.28 and this was a pre-paid reservation. There should be no charges and there is no number to call the hotel directly. Terrible customer service for a hotel.

Everything was fantastic!!! The room was clean, lobby clean, hot tub great temp, pool heated it was a fantastic stay and will definitely stay here again. The only advice would be to add more variety of hot breakfast instead of just eggs and sausage but delicious either way. Close to Costco and other ...

Staff was great. But I paid $900+ do to this place having a hot tub and couldn't stay in the pool room more than 5 minutes. Water in the pool and hot tub burned all of our eyes and skin. Totally unacceptable.

Call Expedia in advance to make sure they had add free breakfast, free parking and working Jacuzzi. We bought, we were told they had all of that. So we booked the room and showed up there. And Jacuzzi is shut down until October. The breakfast is not free or included, and you must pay for parking. ...
