The Atrium Beach Resort and Spa, an Ascend Collection Resort
Dirty room, broken furniture, lazy staff (had to beg for a sheet change - had only 1 in a week), unhelpful front desk staff - overall - worst place we ever stayed at. The cost of this hotel was ridiculous for what we got. So disappointed!!
