"Ein wunderschönes, kleines und luxuriöses Hotel in der Wiener Innenstadt. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das À-la-carte-Frühstück war von hervorragender Qualität, genauso wie das Abendessen, das wirklich Sterne-Niveau hat. Lediglich das Personal könnte etwas freundlicher und aufmerksamer sein. In einem 5-Sterne-Haus erwarte ich etwas mehr. Einige Mitarbeiter machten einen eher lustlosen und zu lockeren Eindruck. Eine lockere Atmosphäre ist nicht schlecht, hier war es uns jedoch oft zu viel. In einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarte ich einen gewissen Standard an Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit. Es gab aber auch, wenn leider nur vereinzelt, Mitarbeiter, die sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und ein freundliches Wort übrig hatten. Insgesamt war es eine wunderschöne Zeit, die wir hier verbringen durften. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – mitten in einer der schönsten Städte der Welt."
