Sofitel Dubai The Palm Resort & Spa

"- wir hatten eine Suite mit Palmview, mit Halbpension Anfang Januar gebucht. Das Zimmer war traumhaft, das Bett eine zehn von zehn,3 verschiedene Kissen-Härtegrade. Sehr freundlicher Zimmerservice, top Reinigung, unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt, freistehende Badewanne und ein riesigen Balkon mit Meerblick. Abends wird es frisch, bitte definitiv einen Pullover und lange Hose mitnehmen. Seifen von l‘Occitane.
- Bzgl CSR, wenn man neue Handtücher haben möchte, soll man diese auf den Boden werfen. Das haben wir nicht gemacht und trotzdem wurden sie gewechselt. Das ist verbesserungswürdig.
- es gibt ein Frühstücksbuffet, was absolut tipptopp und allergikerfreundlich ist, das Servicepersonal ist exzeptionell, man kann zusätzlich zum Buffet etwas bestellen. Wir saßen immer draußen! Achtet auf euer Essen mit den Vögeln.
- Das Buffet zu Abendessen haben wir zweimal ausprobiert, es ist reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich, jeden Abend gibt es ein neues Motto, es hat uns persönlich aber nicht angesprochen. Daher sind wir in eins der vier Restaurants gegangen, wo wir 115 AEM pP angerechnet bekommen haben.
- Unser Favorite Restaurant zu Abend war das Moana Fisch Restaurant - Freunde von uns haben das Porter Steak House präferiert. Das asiatische Restaurant hat uns nicht zugesagt, da alles völlig überschärft war für unsere Sinne.
- Wichtig, die Hotel Taxiraten sind günstiger als Uber und top Service!
- Am Strand gibt es eine kleine Adults Only Zone mit 32 Liegen.
- Das Hotel bietet kleine Bootstou"
