War OK, geht aber besser
"Wir hatten das Hotel wegen der Nähe zum Bahnhof und den Bussen zu den Harry Potter Studios gewählt, insoweit top. Auch die Innenstadt von Watford ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Unser Familienzimmer war ausreichend groß, aber die Schlafcouch fürs Kind eine Zumutung und nur für kleine Kinder geeignet, größere Kinder spüren die Sprungfedern im Rücken. Der Zustand des Hotels insgesamt war gut, aber an einigen Stellen könnte verbessert/erneuert werden. Das Personal war nett und bemüht, was leider nicht auf alle Mitarbeiter am Empfang zutraf. Das Frühstück war OK und der Parkplatz kostenlos."
