"Ich war jetzt zum 6 mal in diesen Hotel, denn der Ausblick aus meinen Zimmer war unglaublich, aber ein großer Minuspunkt sind die HARTEN MATRAZZEN und ich habe schön jedes mal nachgefragt ob es möglich ist einen Topper für das Bett zu organisieren, aber leider hat das Hotel nie einen organisiert, was ich bei einen Hotel das 5 Sterne hat eigentlich erwarte, das es in kurzer Zeit einen besorgen könnte "
