No air conditioning but maybe due to it being winter. The receptionist this early afternoon was amazing and went above and beyond for us. We were hungry and did not realise their menu had changed and the times as well. However he gave us pizza! Amazing service thank you!

room was clean we got a welcome cocktail and staff were friendly - only thing i would say we arrived 20 mins before check in and had to wait or pay to become a member to check in. if a room was available to pay for i think 20min wait was a bit ridiculous. can understand if it was an hour +

Room was comfortable. Cleaning could have been better, wash basin was not properly cleaned. Did not have breakfast. Wanted dinner but choice was either pizza or something else that I didn’t catch. Service wasn’t great. Lack of dining choices and so-so service would make me hesitate to come back, I’d certainly be looking at the alternatives.
