Ein Hotel braucht auch Unterhalt
"Für Kinder ist der Aquapark ein kleines Paradies.
Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gigantische Auswahl.
Leider wird der Unterhalt etwas vernachlässigt. Im ersten Zimmer, das uns zugewiesen wurde lief das Wasser im Waschbecken nicht ab. Der kleine Hebel für die Betätigung des Stöpsels war nicht vorhanden, weshalb der Ablauf nicht geöffnet werden konnte.
Die Schiebetüre zum Balkon liess sich nicht öffnen, da die Führungsschiene defekt war. Solche Mängel müssten eigentlich vom Hausdienst bemerkt und behoben werden. Wir erhielten dann ein neues Zimmer. Der Wasserablauf war auch dort nur zögerlich, aber wir konnten damit leben. Es war nicht das erste Mal, dass wir dieses Problem in diesem Hotel bemerken. Die Abläufe mal richtig durchzuspülen wäre eigentlich keine grosse Sache..."
