I have had the opportunity to travel extensively and experience numerous hotels. This particular establishment stands out as exceptional, especially when opting for the all-inclusive package, which offers significant value. Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets are provided with a rotating menu, and include a selection of wines and other alcoholic beverages. The evening entertainment is truly outstanding. During the day, a complimentary shuttle service transports guests to and from the beach. At the beach, hotel staff are readily available to assist with beach chairs. I thoroughly enjoyed every day of my stay, appreciating the varied culinary offerings and entertainment. The entire staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism and hospitality.

The stay was horrible. We regretted checking in the moment we set foot inside our room. The room was nastily dirty, hair everywhere inside the bed linen, in and on the pillows, on the provided towels, inside the bath tub, on the floor, in the shower and the toilet wasn't flushed. The reception refused to cancel our stay and return us the money. The manager didn't show up to help us. We were offered to check 4 more additional rooms which we were almost as equally dirty as the ones before. Finally, we picked the cleanest looking one as we were denied a refund and we had paid the amount of money we had sat aside to cover our stay in Istanbul. Even in that room, we found hair inside the cupboards and one of the pillows (and inside the extra pillow and linen inside the wardrobe). We weren't offered any information about the wifi, so we had to first call the reception, which they did not answer and then go to the reception located in a seperate building to acquire the wifi password. We had trouble going in the room as it wasnt clarified to us that the room card was only necesarry to open the main entrance and the room required a password to get in. Then, a day later, the password didnt work, so we had to go to the reception again to demand a new password. Hands down the worst experience from a hotel I ever had, especially given a 7,4 rating. An absolute scam, the state of the original room I had reserved, dated, smelly, and looked nothing like the photos.

Located centrally right next to Taksim square, hotel staff was amazing, very helpful on getting directions, transportation to the airport, the room was very large, clean, I had a direct view to the main avenue. It will be a bit noisy since you are right off the hustle and bustle but totally worth it since you can walk to most destinations in modern Istanbul.

Great location to explore Taksim Sq area

Helpful desk staff and typical nice Turkish breakfast. Excellent coffee machine! Room was a great size. We were concerned about noise being in Taksim Square district but luckily our room faced inward so it was not a problem. Loads of restaurants and shops and nightlife.
