Staff very courteous. Ice machine was not working on my side of the grounds had to walk a good distance to get ice. Shower water ran hot and cold, plus the water pressure was not the best. A floor board between beds was loose and could cause a tripping hazard.

The staff for the most part was great. We had a wait person in the restaurant who never came back after dropping off our food. And we would have ordered more drinks and dessert. So we never ate at the restaurant again. The room needs work, floor is spongy in spots, the armoire doors were tight and rubbed. For what we paid, it should have been a palace and it wasn’t. Expedia let me down.

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Food at the bar was good. Only complaint was housekeeping did not show up one day. We came back at 5:00 pm to find an unmade room. The hotel is very pricey. We did expect our room to be cleaned daily. Mgmt said they were short staffed.

The room was lovely very spacious and beautiful but when only staying for one night all the extra fees were a bit much. $30 for parking is a little steep and I had to use valet when in reality there was parking right out front of my door that would have made self parking much easier. I also felt over $50 in resort fees was a bit much as well. I had looked forward to having a nice breakfast before I left however the temperatures at the time were in the 50s with only outdoor seating.
