Nice bungalow very close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay, clean and well located joint bungalow very close to the beach and a few restaurants. It’s situated in a gated community. The area is on two sides of the main road, and the community pool is on the other side, which means children would have to cross the main road to get there.. It was closed when we were there Easter 2019, so we didn’t get to see it. Very friendly owner and a clean house with a great newly renovated bathroom and good kitchen facilities. I would however not call this property a “Villa” as it is too small, joint and with a relatively small garden.

Jolie maison bien équipée et agencée dans un domaine calme et sécurisé. Belle piscine partagée et à 100 m d’une superbe plage avec quelques paillottes. Proximité d’une supérette avec dépôt de pain et de 2 restos sympas.2 places de parking appréciables. Accueil très chaleureux par la propriétaire.

Super Strandurlaub

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll, der Strand sehr schön und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Besonders die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, gut zu erreichen und schnell vor Ort, wenn etwas sein sollte. Gerne wieder.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Annes Villa verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles ist sauber und funktionell. Besonders schön ist, dass man einen kleinen eigenen Garten mit Terrasse hat, der auch geschlossen ist, was mit Hund sehr vorteilhaft ist. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, ruhig in einer Bucht mit eigenem Strand und trotzdem nicht weit von Le Lavandou oder Cavalaire-sur-mer entfernt.

Agréable, les pieds dans l'eau.

Très bon accueil de Anne. Cette maison est pratique et bien équipée pour une famille et/ou des amis. Elle permet un séjour près de la mer très agréable et reposant (plage à 2 minutes à pied).

Maison très agréable et impeccable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable, impeccable et très bien équipée. Elle se situe à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage de Pramousquier. La propriétaire nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse, nous et notre chien, ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour au Lavandou

Très bon acceuil et relation avec la propriétaire. cette petite villa était parfaite avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. L'accès à la plage très pratique. Seul ombre si vous avez un animal de compagnie, le Lavandou n'est pas ... votre ami côté plage et il aller voir ailleurs. Après en voiture, cela n'est pas loin.

un petit paradis

la maison est idéalement située , calme loin de la route dans un écrin de verdure à deux pas de la plage. l'équipement du logement parfait , rien ne manque. Nous avons passé quelques jours formidables en mars , sentiers de randonnées, balades culturelles , des fleurs des fleurs !!!! et une propriétaire d'une exceptionnelle gentillesse

Un Havre de paix

Maison près de la plage et meublée avec goût. Elle est clôturée pour la venue d un chien, ce qui est très agréable. De plus la propriétaire est charmante !

Très bon séjour dans cette maison avec emplacement idéal : plage à pieds c'est un plaisir (et piscine également dans la résidence). Agreable terrasse. Bonne literie et salle d'eau impeccable. L'espace de vie "intérieur" est un peu étriqué, mais la maison est faite pour profiter de l'extérieur. Hote très disponible et sympathique. Nous recommandons !

Maison bien conçue, très bien placée

Nous avons passé 5 jours en famille dans cette maison et surtout autour de cette maison, car il y tout proche une plage merveilleuse, le cap Benat, le fort de Bregançon, le jardin du Rayol, etc... La maison est très agréable, terrasse au soleil le matin, barbecue le soir. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Je recommande totalement.
