Very friendly staff, was unable to sleep the first night before the fridge, which in he room I was staying was located to the left of the bed bolted to the wall 5 feet up, making gurgling noises every 30 minutes. Check for that before midnight or use earplugs. Problem got resolved promptly next morning. Breakfast was okay. Again, staff was very friendly. The only minus was dirty looking/soiled Santa Claus coffee cups, but problem got solved quickly when I asked for regular cups which hadn't yet been placed at 9:30 am. There were a few flyes flying around since the sliding door at the breakfast room was opened. Location was excellent. Very minor traffic noise with room facing the street. Can service to the airport was very punctual. I would stay there again, but ask be mindful of what I just said.

Property was clean and well maintained. The staff were lovely and attentive. Breakfast was fresh and had lots of options to choose from. The property was near restaurants and cafes and about a ten minute walk from a train station. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was comfortable, and clean, but the very best part of the Garam Lisboa was the outstanding staff that they have. Ana and Davi are exceptional! We had a wonderful stay at Garam Lisboa Guesthouse. The staff were very helpful and attentive, always ready with excellent suggestions for dinner and things to do. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, making it easy to relax. The location in the quiet Estrela district was perfect — peaceful yet still close enough to reach the city’s main attractions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm and restful stay in Lisbon.
