We liked that the hotel was quiet & felt safe. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was nice & big. The negative things were that the room smelled a little musty like locker room. We bought some Febreeze & fixed the issue for the most part. Unfortunately the smell kept returning. The air unit did this crazy grinding rattle like the blades or something was rubbing on the inside. For most people it would be a deal breaker, but we dealt with it & decided not to cry about it. I know most people would be upset but it wasn’t worth dealing with.

I didn't enjoy my stay I reserved a handicap room because my husband is in a wheelchair but there was no rooms left to accommodate my husband when I arrived to the hotel. The representative was very unprofessional at check-in. I will have to consider another brand of Hotel when traveling with my husband.

The room had ants in the kitchen and the bathroom, and all around the room. Christian was the only one person of the staff who was kind and worried about we having a good time. By the other hand, the other part of the staff wasn't very pleasant and did not respond to our needs timely.

The overall appearance of the rooms are terrible. Room is really dated and has a horrible carpet odor. The front desk staff was not very pleasant

Stayed for a few days the rooms was always clean including the premises. The staff was friendly Shawn and Chris lol the look a like were the best. Breakfast was great!! Buffet nice and hot and 24/7 tea or coffee. Our over experience was wonderful definitely will stay again.
