A mixed bag. Some staff helpful; others, not so much. Bathrooms need at least one shelf on which to place items. Elevators are extremely small. One of two was out of order. A microwave, a coffeemaker, and a clock radio should be standard in EVERY room. One of the NOISIEST hotels we’ve ever stayed in. We were here for 3 days — wound up in 3 different rooms. Staff was accommodating in facilitating our moves.

Very friendly staff. Love that they had wine. Happy hour from five to 6 o’clock on Wednesday Friday. That was an unexpected surprise. The café for breakfast every morning was delightful. Just a very comfortable place to stay overall.

Our room was upgraded on arrival. It was a large room, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great nights rest in this very quiet room. We loved the large walk-in shower. The staff was friendly and very accommodating and the croissant a from the French bakery were a delight I strongly recommend staying at this lovely hotel!

There was absolutely no cell phone reception in my room. I could not look at my emails or receive or make phone calls on my cell. I tried to use the lobby for business calls, however the noise level was too high. Also, I was charged an additional $50 per day for taxes and fees,but Expedia showed that all fees was included in the original price. I continously found hair that did not belong to me throughout the room.
