Booked this resort prior to boarding Disney Wish. Loved the amenities such as the pools, beach area and gaming room. Parking was a little wonky because the room card didn’t easily work. Known issue at the resort. Also next time I would definitely request a balcony to better enjoy the fireworks. Overall best Disney resort I’ve stayed at and this is #3.

I can’t tell you how many times I have stayed at this resort, but this has me disappointed. When I pulled up with my car, I literally, had to walk up to three- four teenagers and ask “ Are you valeting?” And one answered, which got the high dollared tip. Walt today was the best ever Valet service and Rhys and on my last visit was awesome. Please notice on your your evaluation.
