"Leider war mein Aufenthalt nicht so wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Das Zimmer war zur Strassenseite und der Lärm war enorm, da kaum eine Lärmisolierung vorhanden ist sondern nur eine billige Glasbalkontür. Man hatte das Gefühl die Autos fahren direkt an einem vorbei. Zusätzlich haben auch die Minibar und weitere Geräte Lärm gemacht, sodass ich trotz Oropax kaum schlafen konnte. Das Hotel ist sich des Problems offensichtlich bewusst, denn Sie haben angeboten eine "noise cancelling machine" ins Zimmer zu stellen. Ich habe am nächsten Tag gefragt ob ich das Zimmer wechseln könnte und nur nach mehrmaligen Fragen und Druck wurde mir ein alternatives Zimmer im Courtyard angeboten. Der Strassenlärm war weg aber die Zimmer sind äusserst ringhörig. Für den Preis sollte man eine viel bessere Qualität erwarten können und ich würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen."
