The bathroom was kind of dirty. Many long black hairs left on floor and counter. Toilet had urine drops on side of seat. The television only had about 25 channels and 50 were advertised. Most of the channels said no input or service. The AC was so loud we could not hear the TV. The pool has lots of dead bugs in it and was kind of dirty. There was a roach near the jacuzzi. The staff were nice and friendly.

When they say check in is at 4, they mean 4:20 Waited and waited and kept checking back with the front desk and finally at 4:20 it was ready. Parking was also an issue, other than that her than it is a nice place to stay. Clean and convenient to shopping.

I have stayed here twice; once for a work conference and once with my family. My family and I were able to quickly book a last minute room here after checking out of another hotel nearby that was just awful. The rooms are clean and the property is well-landscaped, giving a peaceful feeling as you walk around. The location is ideal to easily walk to downtown shops and restaurants. We spent a lot of time at the pool with our child and it was family friendly and not too busy. On my first stay, I also booked a massage at the spa before I left, which was great. Palm Mountain may be my go-to for any future trips, as I love visiting Palm Springs.

Perfect location with nice people and a nice vibe!

I booked this hotel for a Father's Day weekend with my daughter, who drove in from LA to meet me. Since I flew in from the east coast 2 days before, this was the perfect place to stay for me, not having a car. The hotel has their own airport shuttle service, and it is centrally located to mostly evrything you want to do downtown, which is easily walkable. It has a real nice resort feel too. With an inside facing room, you dont even realize the main street is just a block away. And the staff are all so nice. Everyone said hello and were very helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

The. Check in was not very welcoming. The room is run down and shower is so small and hard to turn about inside the shower. No gym. Parking was off street but free!

Fantastic stay! Room was excellent, bed was Extremely comfortable. My room overlooked the pool/courtyard with a private balcony. Even with activities at the pool, it was very quiet. Check in-Checkout was seemless.

Great location

Check in was super easy and I even got in early. Was able to get one of a handful of parking spots in shade. Room was good size and AC worked great. Floors prob swept but def not wet mopped as it was quite dirty. Also glass plate in microwave had melted, hardened cheese. Waited 30 min for them to bring me a clean one. Shower and sink water gets nice and hot. Towels were very good.

Over all pretty good stay

Overall the stay was great. It was walking distance to the downtown area with plenty of shops and restaurants near by. The pool area was also nice. We booked a massage at the location. It was a little confusing at first but once we got to meet our masseuse it was fine. We did have a little situation with a critter that came in from under the door. The front desk resolved the issue.
