The vacation was wonderful. We had a great service. The weather was nice as well. We loved the night shows, and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The cleaning lady Nonna Beljica took care of our room everyday with due diligence. The restaurants and buffet provided everyday fresh food. We can’t complain about anything, they made our stay exquisite!

Social areas are great, but rooms are outdated. Pillows were smelly due to the humidity and the advertised images didn’t match reality. Despite being upgraded to the Level experience, nothing improved much. The food needs huge improvement. I booked this hotel based on my great experience at Paradisus Palma Real years ago. I expected something good given the brand’s reputation, but it was not pleasant. The staff was good, though.

Nothing like years ago that I visited. Rooms were very dirty and I’m not going to said anything else but was bad! Food nothing impressive Staff just trying to do their job. We were a family group of 11 and not concierge was assign or maybe never show up. We were supposed to get an upgrade for some reason , I didn’t really see the upgrade! Just have a wristband that said level ! Place falling apart, they very behind compared with others resorts in the area

On the 2nd day the pool was out of service and there were no proper arrangments made for the guest. The only option they offered was outside the hotel in a kids park. So a full day was wasted. There were other options but only if it was upgraded to a different level. An entire day was wasted. In addition they were not able to make restaurants arragements for a birthday. THis is teh 4th time at melia and the buffet was not up to their standards. There were alot of issues with only a 2 nights stay.

Melia was a beautiful resort! It was family friendly, a great option for a couples vacation like mine was or even a vacation with your family. The staff were mannerly, very polite, and helpful. The only downside was that my partner and I stayed in a Level room but weren’t allowed to eat at the restaurant or be served drinks directly behind our room because we didn’t have the right bracelet color. There were no visible signs indicating this from the direction we were coming from. We weren’t informed upon arrival that the restaurant was off-limits to us, even though we were staying in a Level room right in front of it. This was confusing!! The restrictive bracelet system, despite being less than a 1 minute walk away, we had to go all the way around the resort just to eat, which felt unnecessary for an all-inclusive experience.
