Location was good - next to tram and union square but after mid afternoon their was many people around who appeared to be drunk and/or high which didn’t make feel great to be walking around with the kids. Having to pay for WiFi in this day and age is crazy! Luckily, we’re Bonvoy members so it’s complimentary but bad form that they’re making people sign up to their loyalty programme to get free WiFi. Not a hotel issue - a Marriott chain issue.

I like the overall appearance of the hotel, the rooms were nice and everything was central. Only thing that I would NOT recommend is because after we checked out and got ALL paper receipt's for our stay, I looked over it and everything looked fine. Now, 3 days later i'm getting charged for ANOTHER FEE?!?! I called the hotel and they said they couldn't do nothing about it. Which that extra "fee" WAS NOT included on my receipts NOR was I told about any extra fees 3 days after my stay. Ridiculous.

This hotel was an excellent choice for us. It was central to a lot of activity. It was comfortable, clean, spacious and had great service. Price was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.
