Upon check in we did not get the room we booked. We requested a change and were put in a slightly better room but were made to feel like we were being a pain. The next day we were finally put in the room we booked. We were not offered a complimentary upgrade or drinks as per our Expedia VIP status. Our final room however was lovely - clean, big and very comfortable. The view was great. A little noisy from the street but this was okay. The housekeeping staff are amazing! So friendly and kept our room perfectly. Also acknowledged our request to be eco friendly and not change towels etc. When are the lifts to be fixed? It’s been months now with no resolve. Not great.

Elevators were down

Elevators were down the entire stay and hotel did very little to accommodate the inconvenience. We had to use the service elevator the entire time which were dirty and hard to locate.
