"Das Knickerbocker ist ein altes Condominium und Hotel. Die Zimmer sind eigentlich kleine 2 Raum Wohnungen mit separater Küche. Allerdings sind diese Wohnungen schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche und das Badezimmer sind vermutlich seit 50 Jahren unverändert aber sauber."
