"The property was on the seafront overlooking the beach, Southend Pier, and the amusements. All of the food outlets were either on the seafront or within 20 minutes walk east or west along the parade or north going towards Sainsburys. Lovely place which i hope to visit again."

The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. ..."

"Property is 10min walk to the beach and easily accesses the high street. The owner is very accomodating and available to help when needed. Neighbourhood is a little "rough" but the price was worth it. Thank you for a lovely stay."
