Modernes Hotel am Strand unweit vom Airport
"Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und bekamen zunächst ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße mit seitlichem Meerblick, was uns bei dem Preis nicht zusagte. Das Personal war aber superfreundlich und stellte uns sofort ein besseres Zimmer (wie bei der Buchung beispielhaft abgebildet) zur Verfügung. Das war dann top. Man muss allerdings wissen, dass das Hotel zwar Meerblick hat und sehr gut zum Strand gelegen ist, man darf aber nicht erwarten, dass es ruhig ist. Zwischen Strand und Hotel ist eine Kreuzung mit sehr lebhaftem Autoverkehr... Auch noch spät abends und früh am Morgen. Im Untergeschoss ist abends die Bar offen, welche zusätzlich einen gewissen Pegel erzeugt. Trotzdem kann man das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Das Frühstück war inclusive und gut. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel und Frühstücksraum sehr angenehm. Alles war sehr sauber. Beim Empfang bekam man gleich einen Stadtplan und Hinweise zur Umgebung. Das Zimmer war geräumig, die Betten bequem, es gab eine Kaffeekochmöglichkeit, die Handtücher waren sauber und angenehm. Wir haben das Hotel als Ausgangsbasis zum Besuch des Sydney Royal NP genutzt und dafür ist es super geeignet. Die Entfernung zum Flughafen ist auch kurz, so dass man das Hotel auch als Ankunftshotel nach einer langen Reise nutzen könnte. "
