Mellow Stay

The location is well off the beaten path but still walking distance to downtown. Very clean and quiet area, Plenty of parking. Beds were very comfortable, but an extra blanket would be nice. Very well set up as a jumping off point to go explore.

Beds were fine. Space is small but quite enough for two people. Everything is tailored to a small space, so plan accordingly. A bit of noise during business hours since it is attached to an accounting business. Quiet at night and weekends.

Nice location. Small but nicely decorated.

Place is nicely fixed up and is in a very convenient location, but we only recommend for short stays for tall people. Many features required us to stand on our tip toes to reach. Bathroom is really nice but I would advise putting in some grab bars in the shower. Was disappointed that the Clothes dryer was not working, No instructions for TV's and could only use one at a time as a change on one TV changed the second TV. Porch could use a railing

Convenient comfortable spot to explore from.

Overall a good place, but the dryer didn’t work. The manager offered to take our clothes to another location to dry, but they just need to get the dryer fixed. Taking our stuff is inconvenient. Otherwise it was a nice cozy place.

Exactly what we were looking for!

We had a conference at Charis, looking for quiet, affordable accommodations nearby, that was very clean, modern, high quality, more than a motel room. This is it! We are appreciative of everything possible with our stay here. Only 2 blocks from center of town with coffee, shops, enjoyable walks. The owner/host responded quickly the only time needed. We will definitely stay here when we return.

Perfect!

It was a perfect little cabin for my daughter and me to get away for a few days. Everything was so clean and the beds were comfy, which is a huge plus! We loved the town and visited the park right down the road every day we were there. We will definitely stay again!

Short get away

Stayed in the same place last year and really enjoyed it. We decided to take a quick trip out to go hiking and enjoy the area so much we decided to stay at the same place. Great location and very quiet place.

This was perfect for our stay. Clean, convenient, quiet, safe and very well appointed- supplies of soap, shampoo, detergent, etc. were plentiful- much more so than many places we've stayed! Thank You for paying attention to detail and guests' needs!

The cabin is very nice, very clean and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, fluffy towels, good quality toiletries. The only thing missing for me was a tea kettle, but water in a saucepan worked just fine. I look forward to returning and will recommend to family and friends.

Misinformed people watching property!

On the second day of my stay I got an email from the property management company saying that someone had Reported me smoking in the property. I always follow all the rules for every place I rent and none of them allow smoking and I am very mindful not to smoke inside these properties I smoke outside and take all my butts and place them in the trash. I called the number on the email and the gentleman was very polite and assured me that would be no charges for this and appreciated the call from me. Other than that the property is nice clean comfortable beds comfortable pillows.

Exactly what we needed

Family of 4, two adults, two kids under 12. My husband ran the Colorado Springs Marathon, and we wanted to see some sights so we only needed it to sleep and some light meals. The beds were extremely comfortable, It was perfect, clean, cute, quiet.

Great place for a short stay

Blown away by how clean it was. Cleaning people helped me get in. There is no lock box like it says. Do not lock door lock because you will be locked out. House manager is slow to respond on things. I would not rely on them helping. Kitchen well stocked and appliances are great! Window air conditioner is a stellar touch to stay cool in Colorado sun. A charcoal grill (small) and a gas grill with two tanks were super useful. But no grill utensils there so bring your own or burn the hair of your fingers. Lol. The offices you are connected to can be heard during day but not to loud. Just some bumps. Lots of deer right by you back door. They slept there. Very cute neighborhood. Very clean place for a small group. TV in kitchen and bedroom area. I will go back to this place. It is great once you know how to enter and such. Cute dishes and silver. Bowls for storage. Fry pans.. eh. They stick. Little bads things. Lol. A lot more good things here. I loved it.
