Dreams Karibana Cartagena Golf & Spa Resort - All Inclusive

"Zustand des Hotels und der Zimmer, die Ausstattung, der Service, sowie die Speisen sind weit weg von einem 5-Sterne-Niveau. Die Dauerbeschallung war unerträglich, vor allem am Pool (den wir daher nicht besucht haben). Nachts grölende Gäste, denen offensichtlich kein Einhalt geboten wurde. Im Zimmer tropfte es von der Decke, die Toilettentür lies sich nicht schließen (Rahmen verzogen), Getränke (Wasser) und Handtücher wurden oft erst auf Nachfrage nachbestückt ...
Für Erholungssuchende Gäste, die einen guten Service schätzen ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.
Der einzige Lichtblick war der sehr gut ausgestattet Fitnessraum."
