I was initially very impressed by your staff at reception. Although my room wasnt ready at the specified time, 2pm, I was eventually told I had been upgraded. I dont believe this to be the truth, as on inspection, I found many rooms to be the same. The staff in the dining rooms were very polite, Levy being someone who should be praised for going above and beyond what was expected. A very polite, charming and friendly man. However, sraff aside, I thought the breakfast options were limited and the same every day. I also found out that the rooftop bar and restaurant was not available which was a disappointment to both myself and my partner. Overall, the hotel and sraff were very good, but by asking my opinion, I believe that there could still be improvements. However, it was very nice and I would not hesitate to stay there again. A very pleasant hotel
