"Das Hotel ist extrem zentral gelegen und sehr gut erreichbar – auch mit dem Zug und einem kurzen Spaziergang. Es handelt sich um ein großes, klassisches Hotel mit viel Charme. Obwohl es ein älteres Gebäude ist, macht genau dieser traditionelle Stil den besonderen Reiz aus.
Wir waren mit vier Kindern unterwegs und hatten zwei Zimmer. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, großzügig und die Aussicht war einfach perfekt. Besonders schön war, dass die Kinder so viel Freude an den Zimmern hatten, dass sie sich sogar die Zimmernummern gemerkt haben. Sie haben mehrfach gesagt, dass sie bei einem nächsten London-Besuch unbedingt wieder in dieses Hotel möchten – das sagt eigentlich alles.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig, und auch das große Restaurant im Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Mitarbeitenden waren durchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Hotel in hervorragender Lage – sehr gerne wieder, auch als Familie."
