We came in to Ft Laud for a family wedding. There are some things that need addressing. Snack machines for after hours. They were out of order. We had a air conditioner that needed attention. They did change our room and we were fine after that. My aunti had the same problem with her ac. The housekeeping never servised our room after requesting. We were always scrambling for towels and coffee cups and coffee ffor the morning. Over all the staff were amazing. Everyone was extremely kind. We enjoyed ourselves.

My 2 night stay was wonderful staff was wonderful thank you Kathrine and Marcia and the manager at the front desk you guys went above and beyond. To make our stay feel like home. The security staff need to step up there was a huge fight in the lobby where this lady was trashing the entire entrance with food even in the elevator no one seems to do anything about. This was very distasteful and frightening. Otherwise our stay was great!

We were on the right side of the property. It was rather noisy as there were roof hvac units below. Last time we were on the left side of the building and it was way more enjoyable sitting on the balcony in the morning. While it was an older building it was nicely updated. The key for us is that it was on the beach. We will stay here again.

The hotel was nice -the restaurant on site was a little pricey for what they were offering appetizers started at $18 etc- the bar was just as expensive- my room was clean and spacious had some paint peeling near the door and the deck door - overall it was a decent place- the pool area and beach were fantastic - I will say though checking in customer service was lacking just a little bit. She seemed to be in a hurry to get me out of the lobby. I had checked in earlier than 4 PM. She very quickly explained that there was a $50 early check-in fee, which was perfectly fine then she just kind of kept trying to say well. I have a clean room available, but I don’t have a clean room available and then it was like let me just put you on the floor to get you out of my way. I was a little taken back. It was my first time there she seemed to want to just get me checked in and out of her way . Overall the place was decent and loved the views of the ocean .
