Comfortable and basic but fine for purpose of stay. Had to wait 45 mins for room to be ready however we were given a token for the bar/coffee.

My room was abit dated and very basic compared to other Novatels I have stayed in. When I arrived I was told the car park was full so I had to park quite a few streets away.

Close to everything less than 10 min walk to city center. Comfortable bed and clean, overall very happy

Room was a little tired, Carpet in room needs replacing. overall hotel facilities were good
