Fantastic hotel, location perfect. Really close to all the Sultanahmet sights, just a couple of minutes, a tram stop 3 mins walk away, and it's the most useful tram line for tourists. The staff are lovely, especially at breakfast. Breakfast is s delight, lots of choice, fabulous bread, bakery, cheeses, salad produce, and loads more, something for everyone, and more. The restaurant, where breakfast happens, has fantastic views of everything you will be going to visit. Room was nice and clean, nice big shower,and plenty of storage, even for me. Highly recommend.

Poor hotel transfer service, but I would recommend

The staff members were friendly and welcoming. We couldnt have asked for any better service. The breakfast wasn't up to standard and could have done with more options and better quality food. Staff don't speak great english, however this was made up by one supper friendlly staff who is a short old guy who was extremely friendly and attentive. Realy looked after us and kept asking if we needed anything and always had a smile on his face which made the difference! there is not much option for food in breakfast, however waiters do ask what you want and they go make it for you. I was dissappointed on the hotel transfer. when we arrived at the airport, despite us having a private transfer booked, we were made to wait with everyone else and once everyone was there, then we were taken to our private taxi, which did waste about 20 minutes of our time. Also when going back to the airport on our last day, I spoke to the reception and booked 5pm as transfer hours in advance. When it reached 5pm, I went to the reception to check where the transfer was, his reaction was like he had forgotten to book it. Then the transfer ended up arriving at 5:20pm which made us late to the airport and we didnt have time to eat before our slight considering my wife was pregnant. So overall our stay was really nice, just the breakfast food needs improvement and also the hotel transfer needs to be organised better as it can cause delays and then endup ruining the entire holiday. That's all.

Kudos to Hamdullah and Mohammed at the front desk. Such great professionals and extremely helpful to me. I greatly appreciated their kindness and professionalism. They’re terrific! Food in the restaurant is excellent. Rooms are quaint and nice. Overall a nice hotel in the Sultanahmet and walking distance to all the major sites in the area.

Great hotel in the best area of Sultanahmet

Excellent location, about a 5-minute walk to Hagia Sophia in an area where one wouldn't be afraid to walk around in at night. The staff, from the reception desk to the restaurant and others provided us with excellent and friendly service. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the friendly atmosphere provided by Hasan and his restaurant crew. We would recommend Antusa Design Hotel and Spa if asked by friends.

Location, location, location!!! Perfect property if you know you’re going to be out and about all day. Central to all tourist sites you are going to want to visit and an easy walk to the Galat Bridge. Room was clean and staff were amazing. I would probably select this hotel if I were to travel to Istanbul again as I felt safe, the surrounding area was clean and quiet and people around were very pleasant and helpful.

The property is located in the heart of the city walking distance to Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia,grand bazar, the service is excellent, breakfast included in the package,Hasan and Najdar were excellent in giving service. The front desk staff was excellent very courteous and welcoming. We recommend these place.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. It is very close to major historical attractions such as the Hagia Sophia. In fact, I had breakfast at the top floor with a gorgeous view on the dome. The room was clean and the area was very quiet during the night. Plenty of local restaurants offer great options for dining. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked questions about transportation. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. Keep in mind that there are at least two Antusa hotels in the area. So, when you search for it in Google maps or some other platform, make sure to search for Antusa DESIGN. And if you accidentally make it to the other location, which is nearby, they will help direct you to the right place.

Great location, wonderful buffet breakfast, friendly staff. I was in room 102, a single room. Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled like a sewer. No way to mitigate the smell. I left the fan running all night and anytime I was in the room. Problem was exacerbated by the cleaning lady leaving the bathroom door open, so the smell diffused into the room itself. Overall, the property could do with a renovation.
