I had the pleasure of staying at Novotel on 26th September to the 29th September, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I booked a Standard room with a sofa bed which was both spacious and tastefully decorated, offering the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The standout features of my stay included buffet breakfast which truly elevated the overall experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and professionally. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in both the room and the shared spaces. Overall, I would rate my stay 5 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend Novotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay with family. I look forward to returning in the future.

Great stay. Location was ideal as it was right in the centre and a 2 minute walk to the shopping centre. The room was clean and modern. Staff all very friendly and the midday check out was a bonus.

Perfect location, clean and modern.

Easy and quick check-in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Car park pass sorted immediately (a few minutes walk away). Free drink for signing up to loyalty scheme. Room - lovely and modern. Mini fridge and tea/coffee plus kettle etc. Didn’t try food in the restaurant as had this booked to do. Very close to town, RIII Visitors Centre and Highcross Shopping Centre. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
