The staff was welcoming and accommodating. I received a free room upgrade. My room was clean and the welcome bottle of sparkling wine was a nice bonus along with the drinks in the mini fridge. The area is very walkable. The only downside, the hotel is located on a street where the tram runs and Ubers and taxi’s are not able to pick up or drop off directly in front of the location.

Only complaint a lot of building work going on next to the hotel and they are very noisy starting at 6.30 am which most mornings woke us up which is not what I wanted and they were still working at 7pm crazy . Once the builders have gone it’s a great hotel to stay

Really enjoyed our stay , front desk and bar staff were excellent, breakfast was fine but needed some variety, no sausage in Portugal! We did find all the construction to be very loud during the day and the trams pass in front of the hotel at all hours. The entertainment in the bar was nice and having water and snacks throughout the day was a plus. Would recommend but be aware of the construction noise.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was all in marble and was beautiful. The staff was helpful and very nice. The breakfast was wonderful and we were able to eat outside and people watch at the same time. The hotel was in a great location. We enjoyed the donut shop Crush right next door. A hotel with a well-deserved reputation, you would be hard pressed to find a better location to explore either Baixa or the greater Lisbon area. It is on a no car street, but arrangements can still be made for airport or other transportation.

The staff were wonderful. They helped us with whatever requests we had. The hotel was always clean. Location was perfect. The room was small, but we managed. Breakfast was good, but could have been better. The cups didn’t have handles, so drinking hot beverages was a little awkward.
