Our 2nd stay over an 11 day span. Location and staff are the best things about the Arsenal Suites. Close to transportation hubs for train and boats and tram run runs by. Close to a grand plaza. Breakfast is simple buffet style, various croissant, pastries, cereal/granola, yoghurt, delicious coffee. Minimal hot breakfast, waffles on demand. Excellent dining steps away, and 100s more up Alphonso st.

Location is the best part of our stay. Staff greeted each time we entered and left. There is great hot water despite what some said. Downfalls are noisy street, smell of smoke occasionally and room had a stale smell.

The room was great. The staff was amazing. Draw backs were no coffee in the room, hall lights that shut off too soon and some floors had a strong urine smell when I used the stairs.
