Good lication, friendly cleaners, bar & reception staff. Nice rooms, but beware if booking a premium room, as their bathrooms have a missing 4th wall & there is a window from one of the 3 walls into the bedroom 🙈😱 Beans at breakfast are usually cold, as they are not left on a hot plate & the warm bulb above them produces less heat than a candle. However, there is a large selection of bread, croissants, cereal & salad. I'd recommend walking to Cala Banys & visiting Canyelles (If you walk around the cliffside, be prepared to go up & down LOTS & LOTS of steps, but it's worth it) 😊

Beautiful Hotel to stay, Staff and Boss not very good . Claners threw away my clothes and not even apologized to me. This is not okey. And the Boss was very cold to me in that case. No money back or a small favor for me. Really bad.

Nice hotel with only a few weak points

A very nice hotel with delightful staff! They were all very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is designed very nicely, modern and clean. Lovely pool area and not too busy. Only a couple of points weren't ideal, thus stopping me giving it full marks: - the quality of the food at supper was not terrible, but also not great. A fair variation of things but not the greatest of quality sadly. Deserts, although. Ring colourful were horrendous and flavourless unfortunately! - you have to pay extra to use the room safe!! - good points are definitely helpfulness of the staff, being able to email reception and get them to print tickets for Marineland for free (thus saving entry fees), good cocktails in the evening and reasonable prices on drinks. Would stay again!

Didnt stay in this hotel

We never stayed in this hotel as it was overbooked. We were transferred to Hotel Anabel for 3 days and then we were to go to this hotel, but we liked the Hotel Anabel so much we asked you if we could stay there for the week and you obliged us to which we are very greatful Had a ball in Lloret de Mar

A Nice Break

Hotel is fabulously designed.However,the noise is a major issue...On arrival our room was nothing like what was advertised.It was quite small ,bed were uncomfortable..Noise from the rooms beside us was like they were in the room with us you could hear everthing that was said & due to the floors being tiles every foot step pierced our ears.. The bathroom in each room had a vent that was by the bath so ever shower felt like was our shower.Our balcony was looking into another room.The breakfeast staff were very rude.The breakfeast options were poor.On the up side the pool was fab except very few loungers.Nice gym.

La chambre etait spacieuse (je pense que l'on nous a surclassé). Même si l'établissement n'y est pour rien, le bruit dans la rue la nuit est vraiment gênant. Le personnel dans sa globalité est vraiment top.

Hyvä aamupala ja netti.

Aivan liian meluisa, ei mitään äänieristystä. Mainostetaan aikuisten hotelliksi ja neljä tähteä. Nuoria juhlijoita ja henkilökunta ei puutu huoneissa mekaaniseen. En suosittele perheille. Jos alueelle menee, kannattaa ottaa auto jotta ei tarvitse jäädä kylän rantaan jos hakee rauhallisempaa rantaa. Ei mennä uudestaan.

We are advertised as an adult-recommended hotel not an adult-only hotel what means that guests of all ages are welcome and in fact we are pleased to accomodate customers of all kind (adults, families, elderly an young people people) and nationalities. Lloret de Mar is a lively and lovely town with a main beach and nearby beaches that can be visited by car or by public transport. Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Das einzige was ein wenig störte, waren die Nachbarn. da man mit der Familie nicht auf Lloret de Mar gehen soll im Sommer sollte allen klar sein. Falls dies aber nicht der Fall ist, sollte man ein wenig tolleranter mit dem Lärm von anderen umgehen können.
