Hotel was great! Rooms were large, Clean, tidy but a little tired and probably due a refurb. Bed was comfy and we slept well. The view across the ocan was amazing. Felt like we’d really lucked out! Food was good. All Staff were friendly and polite. Several Shuttle bus to the beach, although we walked probably 10 mins, not an issue for us. Really nice touch that there was a hotel bar on the beach serving drinks and food that was included in the all inclusive package from the hotel. We had a great time!

I enjoyed the ocean view (and the sunsets) the most . As cleanliness goes, it was very clean, however there was limescale on the shower glass doors and a bit of mildew forming in the corners. Occasional cockroach appearance (due to climate) in the bathroom, but I put a few drops of clove oil (something i always carry with me) and haven’t seen any after that. The food quality was very reasonable with a wide variety to choose from. I was refused a late checkout but was offered use of a courtesy room for showering which was very helpful. Overall a good hotel. I would go back.

Over all a very enjoyable stay. Staff are really friendly and the food is very good (lots of food options). Word of warning - be prepared for a lot of stairs! If you struggle with stairs this hotel may not be right for you. Very good for kids or couples (I recommend the adult pool!). Lastly, if you’re looking for an action packed holiday with parties etc, this is not the place for you - but if you’re looking for a relaxing time away this is definitely worth considering.

El hotel es muy bonito, con una vista el mar maravillosa, pero al estar en la casi cima de la montaña tiene muchas escaleras y cada edificio que son 6 y cada uno con 4 pisos, tiene elevadores en cada punta de cada edificio, pero muchas veses no funcionan, se rompen cmuy amenudo.

Relaxed atmosphere every associate of hotel i came into contact with was very helpful and respectful rooms are clean tidy ,little dated but thats not a problem . My only quibble as the rooms are cliff side all oing up in height which isn't a problem unless lifts stop working ,which to fair happen so much so regular and with me on 3 from the top age 60 it was abit annoying and hard maybe update the lifts themselves ,i know a cost but would improve services to the floors !!! But other than that i'm looking to return shortly .. James

All the staff were helpful and friendly.There was a good selection of food and we enjoyed everything we tried. Only negative bingo was chaotic numbers called in several different languages but people encouraged to cheer if they had the number so by the time it was announced in English we couldn’t hear and there was no board showing the numbers however it was free entry so no big deal.

6 days was enough, maybe too much

The hotel itself is acceptable and clean. The reception is nice, but parking situation is complicated as we show up. Room is dated and has some issues: Door rubs against the floor and snags, air conditioning is just enough to keep the room fresh. Beds are comfortable, good space for our suitcases. The food always had good elements in it each day, but most food is bland and uninspired, so you have to choose wisely. Lineups for dinner are insanely long starting 8:30 PM. Where things became complicated is this hotel is in levels in a cliff, so needs to do a lot of stairs, as elevators keep breaking down. I have a knee injury and this made moving around the hotel really hard. The drinks are self serve and are nothing to write home about. There is a nice espresso machine in the showroom lobby and they serve interesting drinks in the all inclusive there. The view is what is the true amazement of this place. Awesome views all around the hotel and amazing sunsets. Would I be back? No, this hotel needs serious improvements on their elevators and the food is really redundant. Make sure also if you come by car to be ready to walk up a steep hill, as there is a large public lot at the bottom of the hill.

It was our long term holiday at this property. Big thanks to the animation team. The guys were brilliant and funny and children were always taken care of in terms of having fun (hello Alfredo 🙂). The restaurant was very good with plenty food to chose from. The bar tenders were so nice and accommodating everyone with big smile and friendliness. The receptionists were friendly too. The only problem in this property are constantly broken elevators, so we must have gone around in most of the times. In general we had a great time, so we will be happy to return to this hotel in the future. Thank you!

Everything feels old, poorly maintained and the smell of humidity is everywhere, including rooms. Food is ok, in fact the best thing about the holiday was the food. Enough options and tasty food. Staff are willing to help when possible.
