Not clean hotel, matrass is hard. Towels very old.

Pros: Location and room heights.
Cons: Bad without fungus. New towels. New hairdressers. More fresh fruit and joices (fresh pressed). Proper cappuccino with full cream.
Location: Location is nice in the old part of Naples. Distance to Toledo by walking acceptable. Do not arrive by car.
The hotel lacks clean environment. Particularly the bathrooms are with fungus and the bath is old. I would never use a jacuzzi in such an environment. The towels are very old. The hairdresser is of poor quality. Breakfast lacks fresh juices. Fresh fruit is scarce and poor quality. Capuccino without full milk so not foamy. Personal is friendly formal but a bit synthetic, lacks spirit and heart, what one usually finds in Neaples.

Sehr gut gelegen. Gute Zimmer, nettes Frühstück. Die Dusche ist sehr klein.

Ideale Lage für Exkursionen Wunder schönes esssaal für den Frühstücken. Leider mussten wir sehr früh morgens heim fliegen und konnten das Frühstück nicht zu uns nehmen. Ich werde wieder das gleiche Hotel buchen

Hotel an idealer Lage.

Pros: Personal, Frühstück und Standort
Cons: Das Bad könnte sanitarisch wieder einmal eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Die Matratze ist sehr hart und das Kissen flach und wenig konfortabel.
Location: Das Hotel ist ideal in der Altstadt gelegen, das Leben spielt ganz in der Nähe. Kirchen, Bars und Pizzerien sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar.
Das Hotel ist im Altstadtteil von Napoli gelegen, unweit der Spacca-Napoli. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist etwas ins Alter gekommen, das Bad ist gerade noch akzeptierbar. Der Wasserdruck reicht geradeso zum Duschen, die Temperaturregulierung ist ein Abenteuer zwischen Heiss und kalt. Trotzdem - wenn man offen ist und keine all zu hohen Erwartungen hat, ein idealer Standort um Napoli zu erkunden und geniessen.

Gute Lage in der Altstadt

Das Hotel ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Leider entspricht der Zustand der Zimmer und der Frühstückssaal nicht den heutigen Anforderungen eines 4* Hotels, für das sich das Decumani ausgibt. Das Werbefoto des Saales zeigt die Stockflecken und andere dringend zu sanierende Bereiche nicht. Der Frühstücksraum ist äusserst knapp bemessen, was die Tische anbelangt. Zudem sind zwei Personen für das Service äusserst knapp bemessen. Dafür steht der Chef im Speisesaal und schaut zu, wie die Angestellten hilflos überfordert sind. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett sehr hart und der Lärm von der Gasse (mehrere In-Bars mit Musik ab 22:00 Uhr) sehr laut. Aber schön war's in Neapel doch!
