"wir haben eine sms erhalten, dass sie kein warmwasser haben. pro tag 50% gutschrift oder 100% zurück. wir nahmen die 50% an. beim auschecken fingen dann die probleme an! der herr sn der reseption meinte, einfach ebookers anrufen alles easy. aber nicht mal er kam via tel durch! ich wollte eine quittung er wollte mir keine geben. ich bestand aber darauf!
du kommst im hotel an, traum! dann gehst du in die hotel räumlichkeiten. traum vorbei. alles sieht alt aus und riecht auch so. pool war auch sehr dreckig.
und das geld bekomme ich sicher auch nicht zurück"
