Location was perfect. Easy to walk to all tourist attractions & restaurants. Hotel is older and could be updated. Rooms are huge, like a one bedroom apartment. With washer & dryer. Pool was great after a day out. Gym looked good. Nice courtyard. Coffee shop in hotel had good coffee. Bar across the street is quite noisy. We would stay again.

The hotel offers clean rooms and friendly staff, making for a pleasant stay, but its inconvenient location complicates luggage loading and unloading infront of the hotel incase you dont opt for the expensive paid parking. While it is close to many attractions, the area is also filled with homeless people, which may affect the overall experience for some guests.

The size of the suites were perfect. The staff is helpful and attentive. Unfortunately the suites floors were very dirty, with hair found on kitchen counters and showers. Dresser drawers needed to be washed and sinks

The property in and of itself is good. Good location in walking distance to several key points, places, shopping and dining but there is a huge homeless population all around the area.

Good old reliable, but choose the room wisely

The Les Suites gives you the option of the renovated and non-renovated rooms. This time, I stayed in the non-renovated room and I wouldn't do it again. For the price difference, it's not worth it. While it's clean, it's shabby and the carpets probably have 30+ years of dust embedded in them. The only plus is that they appear to be on a lower floor and, ironically, there was less traffic noise than on a higher floor in the building. If you're sensitive to noise, ask them to place you on the courtyard side.

Only two things. The street noise is very perceptible. I was told there was a parking spot for my vehicle towing a trailer. There is not. That was a major pain in the butt.
