This is a 4 star hotel with 5 star management and staff. All team members go out of their way to provide amazing service and managemnt are visable to ensure things go smoothly. "I had a fantastic stay at the Waterfront Hotel. The highlight was definitely the balcony view of the Valletta skyline—it’s even better in person. The hotel is perfectly situated right on the promenade, making it easy to catch the ferry or explore Sliema’s shops and cafes. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Daily housekeeping was great. Everything was clean in the room and modern. Very comfortable beds with very nice bedding and pillow.
