Sehr harte (neue) Matratzen im Hotelzimmer. Deswegen schlecht geschlafen, Rückenschmerzen. Essensbuffets nicht lecker, keine grosse Auswahl. Fruchtsalat aus der Konservendose, Frühstücksbuffet zu sehr auf Engländer ausgerichtet.
