Cons: dieses Hotel nicht mehr als 5-Sterne Haus bezeichnen
Hotel sehr schwierig zu finden, da das Haus von aussen nicht als Hotel erkennbar ist dh kein Hotel Name, kein Hotelzeichen, gar nichts! Das als 5-Sterne Haus mit entsprechenden Preisen beeindruckt mit der eleganten Inneneinrichtiung des Restaurants und der Rezeption enttäuschte mich aber beim Betreten des ersten uns zugewiesenen Zimmers: kleines Fenster ohne jegliche Aussicht, d.h. düstere Hauswand ca 1m vor dem Fenster, entsprechend dunkel im Zimmer. Das nach einiger Diskussion zugeteilte Zimmer war zwar heller, grösser und nett eingerichtet (an vier Wänden Spiegel!). Die Sauberkeit / Hygiene stellte sich aber als inakzeptabel heraus. Da das Hotel kurzfristig die Betten nicht neu beziehen konnte musste ein 2. Zi-Wechsel in eine Suite in Kauf genommen werden. Im Schlaf-Zimmer der Suite war kein TV, fehlte eine Leselampe und ein Nachttisch. Die Spannteppiche der beiden Zimmer waren voll mit Flecken. Das Wasser auf der Terasse konnte nicht ablaufen, sodass vor der Türe zur Terasse auch noch 1-2 sonnigen Tagen Wasser am Boden lag. Das Frühstück und der Restaurant Service war makellos. Ein Teil des Reception Personals machte einen sehr guten Job, leider fehlte es bei einem Receptionisten an Ehrlichkeit: versuchte Tickets zu höherem als auf dem Ticket aufgedruckten Preis zu verrechnen
