Elevator was fridged. Room was cold, wall thermostat did not work. Had to call maintenance to get heat then heater died in middle of the night. No nearby dinner restaurant. Order in suggestion was tasteless and expensive. Breakfast was hotel good. Excellent bed and tv, HBO.

Check-in was perfect. Maybe 10 minutes if even. Benjamin was polite and cheerful. Hotel was clean and maintained. Nice bar/restaurant. Shuttle every half hour. The one downside was the HVAC is very loud in the room.
