"The room was ok. There were no suites left so we required a cot. It barely fit in the room and we needed to climb over the beds to get to it. Cleanliness was ok. Behind the beds were dirty. The staff was extremely kind and responsive though. The pool was great."

"Everything was great. Improvement could be made by mopping the beautiful hardwood floors in the room. My feet bottoms were very dirty. Common problem we have experienced in these floors elsewhere. Every thing else was super! Great., helpful staff."

"Check in suppose to be at 3 dont expect to check in until about 1.5 to 2 hours later rooms not ready. Rooms not that clean ended up getting cleaning supplies to clean it myself. They say they clean it but not really. They go threw your stuff they deny it, when you fined your stuff moved and things ..."
