The rooms were very dirty , bathroom leaking from sink bath tub had lots of stains plus no shower door all the water was splashing out from the shower, mirrors all dirty. Pool area has no service at all , restaurants same thing no service but only the host . The only restaurants with good service was the ones with reservations at dinner .

The day of my reservation i leave to hardrock hotel. Oasis is old , dirty bad services the food is bad. The room nasty . The worse experience ever and they dont refund even u cancel the reservation for all those problems.

The staff is wonderful—warm, efficient, and friendly. Room service is fast. As for the restaurants, some could be better, but overall they’re fine. However, the cleanliness of the bathrooms and beach club areas was poor. I reported this on the first day, but nothing changed. There was trash around the pool bed areas, leftover food, and other unpleasant things like used condoms.
