Stay was good. Check-in and Check-out was simple and seamless. The room we got was 2 queens in the Yavapai West Building #6 which is pretty close to the main check-in area. Rooms were decent in size and had refrigerator, hair dryer and iron box but no microwave. Ample towels and cleaning supplies. ...

Room was clean and the location was 2 minutes away from the south entrance. Also steps away from food, grocery and the visitors center. Breakfast area is good and also has an indoor pool

Staff was wonderful. The room itself was clean and comfortable *However!* The heater was appallingly loud. Unpleasant to have to choose between boisterous noise and cold room temperature throughout the night - both of which interrupt sleep. Not acceptable.
