"So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. 1,5 Stunden anstehen für einen Frühstückstisch, überall lassen Gäste ihr ToGo Essen liegen. Beim Abendessen totales Chaos, ebenfalls Wartezeiten bis zwei Stunden.
Das Personal ist superfreundlich und bemüht, das Konzept und die Horden an Gästen (1.800 Zimmer, rund 4.200 Gäste) funktioniert leider nicht.
Wir waren nur eine Nacht zur Überbrückung da, hatten uns auf das besondere Erlebnis gefreut…. Aber war soooo froh wieder abzureisen.
Die Pools sind schrecklich, keine karibische Musik, keine Stimmung. Bei Ankunft sind wir an den Strand und waren versehentlich im falschen „Club“-Bereich. Da kam gleich Security und hat uns unfreundlich vertrieben: der Strand war aber aufgrund Regens menschenleer…
Naja. Wir gehen hier nie wieder hin"
