Für eine Nacht OK
"Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte vom Hotel vorab per Mail eine Einladung zum Upgrade des Zimmers gegen Aufpreis erhalten und angenommen, das war leider nicht hinterlegt. Das 1.Zimmer entsprach nicht dem Upgrade und roch dazu muffig/schimmelig. Ich habe ohne Diskussion ein anderes Zimmer erhalten.
Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bräuchte hier und da eine Auffrischung. Es ist aber sauber und die Lobby ist einladend. In anderen CQ Hotels habe ich erlebt, dass es abends Getränke und kleine Snacks gibt, hier gibt es ein eher ungemütlich wirkendes Restaurant, mit einem recht hohem Preisniveau. Es gibt gemütlichere Restaurants in der Umgebung.
