Check in was very convinient. Hamana was a great receptionist, she was very professional and polite. Location was very good. The view from the room was amazing. The rooms are outdated and the carpet had a little smell. That would be the only thing i would suggest them to update. And the fridge in the room should be stocked up with some drinks because it was empty.

Can't fault anything, very clean, staff are brilliant, food was great, big rooms, pool area was lovely, perfect laying out there in the evenings when still warm, lit up by the surrounding buildings. The main positive is the staff, they look after you so well, highly recommend this hotel.
