We had a very pleasant stay at Rove Healthcare City. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and cooperative. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the team was always ready to assist with any requests, making the overall experience very comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping everything tidy and fresh. The bed was comfortable, and the room environment was quiet, which helped us rest well. The hotel’s location is also very convenient with easy access to nearby facilities and transport. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Rove Healthcare City to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with excellent service.

I stayed at Rove Hotel, Dubai for 4 nights on a business trip, and it was an excellent experience overall. The hotel is very well suited for business travelers—comfortable rooms, efficient service, and a smooth, hassle-free stay. The service was consistently good, and I would like to make a special mention of Mani and Aktan for their helpful and professional attitude. The towels were old and worn out, and housekeeping was only provided upon request. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as a toothbrush, bathrobe, and slippers. Essential toiletries were unavailable unless specifically requested, which is quite disappointing. As for the restaurant, the menu was not diverse, offering a limited selection of dishes. I hope greater attention will be given to providing a more comprehensive and flavorful variety of food options.
